Re-enactment is the body an mind's way of trying to resolve trauma. But why do we do it when it so rarely resolves any of our symptoms?


In this video I explain why so many of us who struggle with PTSD symptoms continue to re-enact our trauma and how to break the cycle of acting re-enacting to renegotiating and processing our original trauma, so that we can find new approaches and dissolve our desire to recreate traumatic circumstances for ourselves and others.
