DON'T Ignore Your Emotions, (They Are Part of Your Life's Work!)

In this video I explain how ignoring your emotions can keep you stuck in a holding pattern of beliefs and behaviours that aren't serving you. I share that how realising I had negative emotions around feeling shy and being around louder people, and really feeling into those emotions, I've been able to unlearn these previously unconscious prejudices towards myself and others. Only when we truly see ourselves and embrace all parts of ourselves fully, can we truly put our best foot forward towards creating something new and more fulfilling. Thanks for watching.
